Having an Athlon 800 hasn't hurt you any either :')
From what I have heard here in the groups, and on some of the reputable
hardare review sites, the Athlon is a better choice for rendering
operations when compared to the performance of the P-III processor.
I for one have been very happy with my Athlon 950 also running
256 megs of ram.
